The Biddisham Visit to the church of 'St John The Baptist'was the first of 4 church visited on this circular cycle ride in May. A very serene and peaceful atmosphere here full of history going back over 700 years --part of the font is very Norman--Common visible graves here are inscribed as the BODY family. Of course many graves are now unmarked as is common in most churchyards. Further parts to follow with Badgworth next as part of the cycle on this day.
