It was great to find that the Winscombe Tunnel was open with some improved lighting in the form of 'Cats Eyes'. However, it is still pitch black in the middle--so much so that that my video did not show the cyclist passing me within the tunnel--I had rung my bell to warn the approaching cyclists that I was also in the Tunnel---However, was it a ghost because all I felt as he passed was a breeze--no noise, no image.I did see this figure when he first entered the tunnelat the other end.
